Ann Marie was born and raised in Rockland County New York. In 1990 she made her way across the Hudson River to Westchester County and never looked back. She has lived in Cortlandt Manor for the past 33 years.

Her experience for 20+ years as a realtor and title closer has given Ann Marie a different perspective of home sellers’ and buyers’ concerns, and she knows how to address them. Ann Marie knows the home selling and buying process can be overwhelming, especially with all the challenges in todays’ competitive market.
